My first attempt at a fairly decent wallpaper and also my first time using textures in Photoshop, so it was rather fun to do ^^

Yeah, it could be used for either one of those ideas. It was initially designed to be a tattoo (like the other dragon one I did for you over a year ago, it was drawn at the same time too ^^), but when doing the outline, I chose to make something more out of it... and vualla
